Shipments of orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and orders will be shipped. 5-Business-Day and 2-Business-Day delivery options are not available for these destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to the destinations. Starting Lineup is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipments may vary.

Starting Lineup endeavors to ship purchases within 72 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. The current selling price will be credited if returned after 30 days and accompanied by the original invoice. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. The return package should be taken to your postal carrier.
When paying for the return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
